4. Deliverables

- Delivery: We will provide the edited photos and videos by the agreed-upon deadline. Delivery methods may include digital download, USB, or other specified formats.
- Usage Rights: Upon full payment, you will receive non-exclusive rights to use, copy, and print the delivered media for personal and non-commercial purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

- Ownership: Airwayphotolink Corp. retains the copyright and all other intellectual property rights to the photos and videos produced.
- License: We grant you a limited license to use the delivered media for personal purposes. Commercial use requires a separate agreement.

6. Liability

In the unlikely event that your assigned photographer or videographer is unable to perform their duties, we will provide a qualified backup to ensure your event is covered.
