2. Products

We offer a variety of products, including digital media, prints, and photo books. Our return policy for products is as follows:

- Digital Media: Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer returns or refunds on digital files once they have been delivered and downloaded. If you encounter any issues with your digital files, please contact us, and we will assist you in resolving the problem.
- Prints and Photo Books: If you receive a damaged or defective print or photo book, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, provided you return the damaged or defective item to us in its original packaging.
